At Cappella Sports, we strive to deliver your products quickly and safely through our trusted delivery partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Amazon Shipping, and other reputed courier services. All orders are processed and shipped from our Cappella Sports warehouse in Chennai, India.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days for major metro cities.
For remote or non-metro locations, delivery may take up to 10–12 working days, depending on courier network coverage and local conditions.
You will receive an email or SMS notification with your tracking details once your order is shipped.

Note: Unexpected weather conditions, courier delays, or recipient unavailability may occasionally affect delivery timelines. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any delays.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you notice that the product packaging appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Enjoy free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1000.
Cash on Delivery (COD): A standard ₹200 shipping charge applies to all COD orders.
Orders below ₹1000 (prepaid) may include minimal shipping charges, which will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Coverage

Cappella Sports currently delivers across India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Customers outside India may place orders only if the delivery address is within India.
