Collection: Return & Replacement Policy
We want your experience with Cappellasports.com to be as perfect as possible. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return or replace a product for a variety of reasons. To make it easier for you, we offer a no-hassle 7-day refund or replacement policy, valid from the date of order delivery.
If the item you receive isn’t right — for any reason — you can return it to us within 7 days, and we will promptly refund or replace it. Please note the following important details to ensure your return or replacement is processed smoothly:
Rackets: Must be completely unused, with plastic wrap on the handle, no ball fuzz on the strings, and no scrapes on the bumper guard. The MRP tag must be enclosed within the package.
Shoes: Should be in brand-new condition and returned in the same box they were delivered in, with the MRP tag attached.
Apparel: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Accessories: Bags, strings, and other accessories must be unused and in their original packaging with all labels intact.
Cappellasports.com reserves the right to reject any return request if the product packaging is opened, the product appears used, or it is not returned in its original condition.
🔁 Return Shipping Notice: In the case of a return (not due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error), the shipping cost must be handled by the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service and retaining the proof of shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
For all refunds, or exchanges, once the original product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, we will initiate the appropriate action — either dispatch of a replacement or processing of a refund.
📞 Please contact our customer service team before initiating any return or replacement. They will assist you with eligibility, process, and logistics. You must provide the original invoice, a photo of any defect and ensure all items are returned in original packaging.

- Socks
- Wrist/Ankle/Elbow wraps
- Grips
- Shuttlecock (nylon, hybrid or feather)
- Water bottles
