Collection: Return & Replacement Policy
At Cappella Sports, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth and satisfying as possible. However, if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return or replacement policy from the date of delivery.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days. Please read the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and quick process.
Eligibility Criteria
Rackets:

Must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Plastic wrap on the handle should be intact.

Strings must show no signs of use, and the bumper guard should be scratch-free.

MRP tag must be included inside the package.
Shoes:

Should be in new condition, unworn, and returned in the original box with all tags attached.
Apparel:

Must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original labels and packaging.
Accessories (Bags, Strings, etc.):

Should be unused and returned with original packaging and tags intact.
Cappella Sports reserves the right to reject any return request if the product is used, damaged, or not returned in its original packaging and condition.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, Cappella Sports will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind, size, or color), customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service. Cappella Sports is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds & Replacements

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, a replacement will be shipped or a refund initiated.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

Rackets with string or grip customization

Socks and insoles
-
Shuttlecocks (nylon, hybrid, or feather)

Wrist, ankle, or elbow wraps

Grips
-
Water bottles

Before sending any product back, please contact our customer support team for assistance and approval.
